HDER Link ISP was founded in April 2013 by Shawn Burgei, owner and operator of Hard Drive ER IT Solutions. With over 20 years of experience serving Carey, Ohio, Hard Drive ER has built a reputation for delivering reliable and innovative IT solutions.
Recognizing the lack of broadband internet access in rural areas, Shawn established HDER Link to bridge the digital divide. Many of our clients were in areas where telephone and cable companies showed little interest in providing service.
Our Growth
Since 2013, HDER Link has doubled in size and expanded its coverage area, now serving over 1,500 clients across the region. We specialize in delivering reliable wireless broadband internet to outlying areas with limited options for fast and stable connectivity.
Exciting Expansion
In August 2021, HDER Link acquired Parrot Communications, a wireless internet service provider based in Dunkirk, Ohio. With this acquisition, we welcomed over 100 new clients and further solidified our commitment to expanding high-quality internet access to underserved communities.
