If you have a problem connecting to the internet, DO NOT press the reset button on the back of your router. Instead, simply unplug the power cable from your router and power brick, wait 20 seconds, plug back in, then wait a minute or two for service to return.

If you still cannot connect, please call 419.396.3815 for assistance. We work to resolve connection problems as quickly as possible, typically within one business day.

If you reset your router, it will require us to come to your location to reprogram it and you will be charged for a service call, unless you are on our Router Manage Plan.

If you are able to connect to the internet but you feel your speed is not adequate, call 419.396.3815 for assistance. Our technicians can run diagnostic tests to determine if there is a problem with your service.

In some cases, especially if you are streaming video to multiple devices, you may simply need a package upgrade to provide more bandwidth. We can assist with this over the phone as well

HDER Link can change your WiFi password only if you are on the managed router plan. If you need your password changed, email your name, and both your old and new password to info@hderlink.com and we will update it, or you can call 419.396.3815 and press technical support option.

Image below is a POE (Power over Ethernet) adapter. This is used to power the radio that is mounted outside your house. During troubleshooting a technician may ask you to power cycle your POE. Unplug from wall, wait 10 seconds and plug in. 

During troubleshooting a technician could ask you to check your “radio.” This is the dish that is located outside your house pointing towards one of our towers.
